I bought a Schock nemo n-100 onyx sink with schock Fonos onyx kitchen faucet for my new kitchen. Very good german quality and nice looking also. Very good investment ! I recomend Schock products to everyone!

How rude can you get?
Update 4/10/23 Having finally got a response from Schock, and they were actually very helpful at that stage, I have upped my stars to 4. I won't give them 5 stars because I had to chase them to get a reply but was happy when I finally got one. Having bought a Schock sink in my last house, I needed some info so I can buy another in my new house. (I liked the sink) I emailed Schock and after a long time received a reply asking me for more information. I responded to their email at the end of July. Today, I got a notification that they had deleted my email without replying! How appallingly rude and discourteous! I have emailed them again asking why they deleted an email which was a response to their question, but I'm not holding my breath! I think I am going to have to find another brand of sink!

We had a schock fitted a few years ago,unfortunately we are unable to clean it ,it looks terrible but it's in the sinks material, I wish someone could give me some advice before i go to the expense of buying a new sink.
Faulty pull handle on Schock kitchen faucet
Update to this review: After a new pull-handle and the part it screws into was replaced, I used two-part epoxy glue on the threads. So far it is working. I purchased a new Schock high-rise fixed spout kitchen sink faucet about a year ago. The faucet perfectly matches our Schock sink, so aesthetically it is just what we wanted. The problem is with the faucet. It has chrome lever that you pull to turn it on. The pull handle screws into a round part on the front of the faucet, and the threads it screws into are soft. Of course, after a couple of months, the pull lever works loose and the threads get enlarged. The local dealer that sold it, after many weeks, finally replaced the part with exactly the same type. It will also fail. It is a design issue. Schock customer service washes their hands of this. They say the business that sold us the faucet is responsible. They cannot do anything about it. Now, the faucet is out of warranty so when the pull handle comes loose, it is worthless. What I'm left with is selling the faucet while it is working for €20 or so, and buying something else. Per Reply, RE: 1810 aftersales: I contacted them and was told: "Unfortunately, we have to inform you that we sell our products only B2B (business to business) and not to end customers (B2C). For that reason, we will kindly ask you to contact your contract partner where you have bought the tap in order to treat and check the claim. Furthermore, the processing and the evaluation of the claim depends also on the agreed warranty conditions between you and the company where you have bought the tap. This is the usual way how the claims can be treated as we will be contacted by the company where you have bought the tap. Unfortunately, we have also to inform you that we cannot handle claims directly with end customers abroad regarding delivery and system technical possibilities."
This company sell junk
This company sell junk to unsuspecting consumers. I am taking my retailer to Court to recover my costs (£2500) as the sink cracked in half within days of installation. Thermal shock apparently, despite it being advertised as heat resistant to 1200C! Costs to be recovered include new quartz worktop cutting and fitting, reinstalling water filters, and Quooker tap. And of course a new and completely different sink - as this junk is not fit for purpose. Take your retailer to Court, its only then that they will stop stocking the rubbish Schock sell.

We bought a Waterfall sink7 years ago when installing a new kitchen.Last week he cracked al of a sudden with hot water. the website says 15 year warrenty, we get only 2 years becouse we live in Belgium. No answer onto complantform, never again !
