⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic experience with SIXT from start to finish! We were welcomed very warmly from the moment we arrived. A very friendly driver picked us up and took us to the car. At the desk, we were helped by two lovely ladies who explained everything clearly. Everything was quick, easy and very professional. The BMW 1 Series we received was absolutely amazing: practically brand new, spotlessly clean, luxurious and equipped with the M Sport package. The diesel engine drove beautifully and the car was genuinely a pleasure to drive. I normally drive a Volkswagen, but after this experience I have become a real BMW fan 😂. I’m even seriously considering buying a BMW myself in the future. The return process was just as smooth. We were warmly welcomed again, the car was checked in without any problems, and we were taken back to the airport. The deposit was also refunded within one day. In short: an absolutely fantastic experience and highly recommended. I would definitely rent from SIXT again! 🙌🚗

SIXT has great and smooth application, easy to make a booking & control it based on every needs, variety of cars from different brands in excellent condition, receiving and dropping car is super easy process. Front desk representatives & the receiving office are very helful, respectful and cooperative. the best rental company in Europe 🇪🇺 nothing to complain about, almost prefect from every possible ways.

I want to formally recognize Kaoutar at the Sixt Brussels branch for consistently excellent service. As a Platinum member (working toward Diamond) who rents long-term and very frequently, I interact with a lot of staff across different branches — and Kaoutar is genuinely one of the best. What stands out most is her problem-solving attitude, especially when the fleet is limited. There have been several occasions where availability was tight, and instead of just telling me "sorry, nothing available," she went out of her way to find a solution and make sure my needs were still met. That kind of initiative and dedication to the customer isn't common, and it hasn't gone unnoticed. She's also efficient, straightforward, and easy to work with — no unnecessary back-and-forth, just professional service done right. Given how often I rent and how demanding that can make me as a customer, I don't say this lightly: she consistently delivers, even under pressure. Kaoutar is a real asset to the Brussels branch, and I hope this is recognized appropriately.

The check in failed but Alex at the desk remembered me and I was checked in, new Driver Licence scanned and on my way promptly, Car was the usual well maintained requested model.
Fast and helpful team at SIXT albania
Sunny cars (in partnership with Europe cars) left me stranded at Albania airport on vacation with my family, when after 45 minutes of deliberating they decided they could not accept my platinum Amex card, nor my Dutch bank card. Across the street was a SIXT office. 15 minutes after stepping in, I walked out with keys to my rental car. It was better than the one I reserved at Sunny cars, and even a bit cheaper! Staff was very helpful and communicative.
