Many problems come with this platform...
1. I paid for a native teacher but I got a "nearly native teacher", which is fine, but not fair for the price. 2. Before the lesson, my teacher can not see me on his list, so our class starts always late (issue with the system/website). 3. They rescheduled my classes without my consent (I had classes on Sundays at 1 pm UK time and 1st they rescheduled it to 11 am, then 12 pm WITHOUT asking me first). The teacher is really kind and good, but for this price, I'm sure you can find a better place to learn English with fewer issues. I don't recommend it.
