Interior damage was included in my claim however it was left off the settlement. My insurance requested for me to take photos and measurements for the claim.I didn’t know what to do so I reached out to Solarproof it and they sent José and Jacob. José and Jacob were very professional, friendly, and easy to talk to. They came in a timely manner and did the interior inspection for my insurance. I really appreciate their assistance and the through work completed. I will recommend this company to anyone needing assistance in roofing repair. Dealing with insurance companies can be stressful but solarproofit does the hard work and put the customer at ease. I am able to relax and know that solarproofit has my back.

I have requested help to reconnect my Inverter App to the web 3 times over several weeks without any action despite promises. This is a totally unacceptable lack of support, especially as I am paying a monthly service fee. Sadly, my experience is not alone. A friend of mine abandoned his attempt to install panels through lack of support also. It is now August 30 and still no support. They now say that the battery needs changing. It has not charged throughout the hot Summer denying me free use for night time Aircon. These people are a disgrace.

0 stars really, will not answer calls or questions. Customer service big fat 0. Still waiting for subvencion after over 2 years. But they keep taking maintenance money. You need an inspection from an ombudsman
You risk loosing your money
I giving SolarProfit 1 star as I cannot give 0. The company seems fraudulent. I have paid the 10% down payment for installation of solar panel and battery in our house in Spain. I was told all legal planning should be finalized in normally 1 month. Now six months later I have lost faith in SolarProfit. The company kept saying for months that the installation was not approved by the municipal. The last couple of months I just have not heard from them. No solar panels installed. I have now asked for my down payment back and also ask my lawyer to contact SolarProfit to ensure to get the down payment returned. The company is not answering neither e-mail, phone nor through the client portal. I guess their business model is just to make a survey and get the 10% down payment. Hereafter SolarProfit just stop doing anything and claims the 10%. Warning ⚠️ Stay away from SolarProfit. Check other reviews….

HORROROSA. 6 MESOS I NO INSTALEN! Encara estem patint. Som uns particulars però el projecte es de 5 xifres. Ens ignoren. El seu departament Comercial ven coses que després no compleixen. I desapareixen. Ni responen. El seu departament d’Operacions t’envia equipaments i material que no toca o que no saben ni tan sols pujar a casa i te’l deixen allà al mig. La seva linia 900 d’Atenció i Suport NO FUNCIONA. Cads dia truco i et posen una gravació. MAI NINGÚ S’HA POSAT AL TELEFON. DEIXES MISSATGE CADA DIA PER QUE ET TRUQUIN i res. El seu CEO : acudeixes a ell PERQUE NINGU A LA SEVA EMPRESA RESPON i encara espero resposta. UN DESASTRE. —- HORRIBLE. 6 MONTHS AND THEY DON'T INSTALL! We are still suffering. We are individuals but the project is 5 figures. They ignore us. Their Commercial department sells things that then don't deliver. And they disappear. They don't answer. Their Operations department sends you equipment and material that they don't touch or that they don't even know how to take home and leave it there in the middle. Their 900 line for Attention and Support DOESN'T WORK. Every day I call and they put on a recording. NO ONE HAS EVER ANSWERED THE PHONE. YOU LEAVE A MESSAGE EVERY DAY FOR THEM TO CALL YOU and nothing. Your CEO : you go to him BECAUSE NO ONE IN YOUR COMPANY ANSWERS and I'm still waiting for an answer. DISASTER.
