It was Too good to believe for me
It was Too good to believe for me. And it's real I use all the companies in the country, I like talkmore best of them
Customer service was concise
Customer service was concise, understood my issue and dealt with it promptly and fairly. In the years I have been a subscriber this has always been my experience with Talkmore.

I recently tried Talkmore and had a mixed experience. The network had some issues, and the initial setup took longer than anticipated. There were also some discrepancies with the billing that needed addressing. However, once sorted, the service was decent, and the staff made efforts to resolve the issues. Overall, Talkmore has room for improvement, but it wasn't all bad. 4 stars.

They robot call you stealing your time make you use more money. They were good 5 years ago now they are terrible. And their AI is plain stupid. And people have all left the office. I used them for 10 years. Now my wife and I left them. It was a relief.
Bad experience with roaming.
Bad experience with roaming (outside EU). Silently charged 500 kr (2 kr/mb) after prepaid data was used, and then 4 hours later sent an SMS that it was over. There was unused 1gb package showed in the app all this time (probably a bug). Not fun to end up without internet abroad when you rely on it to get to the airport. Back at home, support replied fast, but was useless - seems that they didn't try to understand what the problem was. --> 1 star! Some tips to talkmore: 1) Mb notify clients that the data is used some time before (95%?), not after so you can charge extra for your super expensive traffic. 2) Make talkmore app or webpage still available with reached traffic limit so that the customers can buy extra traffic at least? UPD 22/12/23 Shortly after posting on trustpilot, talkmore support reacted after 13 days of silence - saying there was "no fault regarding usage that has been registered", but nevertheless they reduced my bill by 500 kr. Sad that they still don't understand the problem (it's not usage - it's false / late notifications in min side and SMS). However, adding one start for the responsiveness at least somewhere.
rude customer service experience
I registered at talkmore due to good price, but some months later i found a better offer with more data and less price, so i changed. talkmore called like a month later asking why i changed, i told them the exact same thing, and then the guy started to talk if i really use that much data, and i knew where it was all heading, i said i am not coming back to you, i am happy with the 60gb data i have now that i can roll over and the guy just hang up on me in midsentence. I don't feel like i was rude, i was stating the reason i did not feel that talkmore could offer me a better deal, but still i think it was one of the rudest customer service experience in recent times, when they want to offer you something so you come back to them and when they dont get their way they just hung up on you.
When a customer say no and not…
When a customer say no and not interested. You cannot push them to like your product. So idiotic for not understanding that the customer is not interested. It is not you who will pay for it it is the customer so do not be so persistent in offering your product because that makes you desperate and pathetic.

Here my review to all new foreigner in Norway, avoid this company. Talkmore is the worst service provider you can ever get, even they give you the subscription for free but later will scam you with god unknown fees. The service disconnect all the time and without notice. Just go another provider, I am certified google local guid and trust my review.
