Negative 1 billion! NEVER USE THEM! TAXI KURI MÖLNDAL NEVER SHOWED UP! LEFT ME STANDING OUTSIDE WAITING FOR 30MINUTES INSTEAD OF A 12MINUTE PICK UP AT 02:00AM, THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT! I CALLED TO ASK WHAT WAS GOING ON. THEY SAID THE DRIVER CANCELLED BECAUSE HE DIDN’T WANT TO COME! I SAID WHAT KIND OF COMPANY IS THIS?! YOU/HE COULD HAVE AT LEAST CALLED ME TO SAY THE TAXI ISN’T COMING! “WE ARE A COMPANY WITHOUT CARS IN YOUR AREA.” I HAD RECEIVED THE SMS BOOKING. HORRIBLE COMPANY! SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO BE A TAXI COMPANY AT ALL! NEVER USE TAXI KURI MÖLNDAL!!!! 😡

Avoid this company at all costs. Taxis in Stockholm used to be a dream. This outfit is run by Cowboys straight off the boat , dangerous driving, extortionate charging, rude and aggresive
Never came to pick up
Never came to pick up our parents after preeboked service and even called same morning to check and confirm. After not coming: ”Sorry, we do not have any car available”.
Do not use their services!
Have taken the TaxiKurir (number plate PJP851) from the central station to the hotel that should be 10 min. drive. The driver took us around the town and charged 477 SEK. I have complained to the customer service online though without any response so far. It is not possible to call their customer services and get an answer. Do not use their services!

TLDR: I took 2 trips with TaxiKurir in the space of a month and the drivers for both trips were extremely unprofessional and led to unnecessary stress and discomfort. Do not recommend! Trip 1: I took a taxi with TaxiKurir in Uppsala and an hour after I was dropped off I received 3 missed calls from the driver at around 00.00. He didn’t leave a voicemail and I checked the car before I got out to make sure I didn’t leave anything, so cannot think of a good reason why would have called me, not least so late at night and 3 time in a row. It seems that if he rang because I had left something in the car, he would have left a voicemail, or perhaps I would have been contacted by TaxiKurir customer service. It made me quite uncomfortable to receive these calls from the driver after the ride was finished. I felt harassed. Trip 2: I booked this trip through the app, which I understood would then be charged to my credit card linked to the app. When we completed the trip, the driver asked for payment. I said “är det inte betalt redan?” And he said nej, and that we needed to pay now. I assumed maybe my card had not gone through for some reason, and so my friend I was riding with paid for the trip. To my disappointment when I checked my bank account the next morning, I had indeed been charged. So I paid for the trip and my friend paid for the trip, which is obviously not acceptable. Both of these trips led to unnecessary stress as well as having to spend time dealing with customer service to resolve the issues. The whole point of taking a taxi is to quickly, simply and safely get home. I do not trust this company to offer that.
