Consistently excellent support, 24/7. I was recently on the phone with Emmi E for over two hours. She was unflaggingly professional, patient and fun to work with. I had several questions that I had been saving up, from submitting Secondary insurance claims, applying for ERA‘s, and setting up ROIs. We got it all done in the wee hours of the morning. An Emmi is not an exception… Everyone I’ve spoken to on the therapy notes support line has been equally well prepared and pleasant. Honestly, who’s doing the hiring and who’s doing the training? Because this excellence shows in every interaction with the wonderful people you are finding to hire. I should add that these calls are not outsourced to a phone center in India. These are all English speaking natives which makes plowing through a lot of complex directions so much easier. When I encounter a helpline with someone with a thick accent, I have to be so patient and it takes so much longer to figure things out, and they are trained to continuously repeat what I asked verbatim, that I’m exhausted by the end of it. Facts. I cannot recommend therapy notes enough, from the top-notch support to the functionality of the website. It is truly an excellent product.
Sets a new bar for customer support
TherapyNotes exceeds my expectations! I'm so glad I switched EHR programs. The program is very user friendly, and they have excellent customer service that is above and beyond any other platform or service I use, hands down! They truly are available 24/7 and I have never been on hold more than a couple minutes. Every person who has helped me has been genuinely friendly, helpful, and they follow up with an email detailing content of our call with steps to complete the items discussed. This is handy if I need to reference later. Another aspect that really sets TherapyNotes apart is their genuine interest in our suggestions as users. If a feature is not available, they forward on the idea to help improve the program. This is fantastic!
On Saturdays
On Saturdays, the support staff seemed very busy. I am not computer literate however because I couldn't get thru on the phone, the support team sent me an email stating what needed to be done to log in and how to use the code information. This was more helpful than a call because I would forget. Because I printed their response, it was plain and simple so I could understand what to do. I really appreciated that.
Excellent customer support
I signed up for the 30-day free trial. The TherapyNotes help desk staff went out of their way to assist me with any questions. Kat also walked me through the "identity proofing" in order to access the e-prescribe feature. I must have made 5 phone calls to the Help Desk over a period of 5 days and each time, it was met promptly with a live person (sometimes there was a que but ability to leave my call back number and within 15 minutes, someone called back.) The staff followed up each contact with the Help Desk with an email providing a recap and solutions discussed, with helpful links. This will definitely influence my decision about which EHR to choose!
