Fantastic customer service from Sean in Liffey Valley 3 Store
My experience in the 3 Store Liffey Valley was excellent. Sean was knowledgeable, helpful and practical in explaining options and giving advice. He had a patient manner which helped, given that I am not the most tech- savvy person around! Once I had chosen the phone that best met my needs he proceeded to invest quite a bit of time in helping me to set up my new phone for use. This would have been a difficult and frustrating task for me without a doubt. I cannot commend him highly enough. He is an asset to your team.

Took weeks to sort out simply wanted to allign phone bill with broadband bill, secondly I cannot upgrade my broad band while in contract, I found one superstar in CS got her name and then refused to talk with anyone only as her product and contract knowledge was superb all telcos in ireland have terrible reviews.

Purchased an iPhone (FULLY) from the 3 shop when I tried to put my SIM card In it had a carrier lock on it. went back to the shop where I purchased it to ask them to unlock it they told me I have to wait 3 days for there request to go trough to apple for them to unlock my phone waited and 3 days later lock still there called them they told me to go back to the shop went to the shop told me to go to apple and get them to get the receipt for the phone then come back to them then they would unlock it. Very unfair and inconvenient considering I bought the phone out right and they left the carrier lock on it so I can’t use my sim in the phone still is not unlocked also the fact I needed it for a certain guideline. Also to add I have been back and forward with them for a month now. Don’t recommend buying phones from them if this is what there going to put customers trough very unfair.

Worst website I have ever visited. Three email you and when you follow the link it says page cannot be found. Their website used to be so user friendly they have made it atrocious to use now.
20 years I’ve used three , but not anymore I found another network only me that costs 12 euro a month for calls internet and txts where three want 30 euro a month if your reading this change …
They are the most expensive for the least amount of options I’ve changed from three after they wanted 30 euro a month on prepay for what I’m getting 12 euro for more off the new network please if your reading this just change I’ve spent 25 years with three and all they have done is charged me more
