Amazing customer support and overall quality of the online tool

This is only my first month of using Visme, but I am already fascinated with how intuitive and simple the design is.As soon as I was done with my first presentation, I realised that I invested approximately the same amount in the design and content of the presentation. Except this time the design was on a completely different level (in comparison to all my previous presentations and templates that I used). The information animations, background music and even maps (where you can edit any region the way you want it to be), everything was easy to learn and quick to execute. I will certainly recommend this tool to whoever needs to present his ideas in the formats of presentations, brochures, leaflets, infographics or even GIF's!

I been using Visme platform for the past 6 months and recently I experienced financial hardships.As a small business owner working remotely from home my subscription was going to expired due to non-payment and my data would be lost. I reached out to Visme billing department and less than 48 hours they responded and extended my subscription complimentary. This is what I see as a proven excellent customer services. I highly recommend Visme to people who need state of the art programs and services to do amazing presentation. Thanks Visme support team and staff!

Good product but lots of technical issues

Hi, I have to say Visme is a great product but I have had untold issues with sound and video download rendering.When playing in the preview stage its fine, but it quite often dos not match in the downloaded version to MP4. Since purchasing the business version of Visme I have had upwards of 10 reports to support to try and rectify issues. Love the product but these issues should not be flagged by its customers. Not a good impression Visme!!!

Buyer beware of Visme customer service & billing practices

After months of not using the service we tried to cancel our account before our next renewal date (1-day prior),but Visme customer service said that the next bill was already pending our account cancelation would not go into effect until the next 30-day renewal period had ended. We requested that they stop the pending transaction or refund the upcoming 30-day charge as we were not using the account and had tried to cancel. They refused, but said if we left a review here they would give us a free 30-day period. We won't be bribed by the review request but will gladly tell our experience with tier customer service and billing department. Buyer beware of their shoddy customer service & billing practices. Would not recommend, instead look at Canva, Prezi, Adobe Spark, etc.

I used Visme for a month and found the graphics high quality and super easy to use.My job changed and I found I didn't need the service anymore but was charged. I requested a refund and they were responsive and refunded for the month. Thanks Visme! I would for sure recommend this service and when I need them again will return the the visme family.
