I was really well helped by Lincoln from Visme. My daughter wanted to create a magazine for a school project, and since I use Visme for work, I advised her to use it too. She accidentally created her own Visme account to make a flipbook instead of using mine with the subscription. When her project was finished and she wanted to download it as a PDF right before her school deadline, which was the next day it didn’t work because that feature is only available behind the paywall. We tried linking accounts, but that didn’t work either. She was really upset and started to panic, so I said, “Wait, I’ll just chat with support.” They quickly made it possible for her to download it. That was incredibly kind of them! My Experience with Visme I recently subscribed to Visme to create visually stunning and engaging presentations for my educational and upskilling online courses, and I am absolutely delighted with my purchase. Not only does Visme provide a powerful suite of creative tools, but it also includes audio and screen recording capabilities, making it a three-in-one integrated package for content creators. The platform is extremely easy to use thanks to its intuitive user interface. For those with limited IT experience, Visme offers video tutorials and a responsive technical support team. I have already uploaded my first course to Udemy, and it successfully met all of Udemy’s technical requirements. Impressively, after submitting my course on Monday, it went live the very next day—Tuesday! Below are some of the features I find most valuable: 1. AI-Generated Audio This feature is outstanding. Online learners sometimes struggle to understand an instructor’s accent, and the AI-generated audio overcomes this challenge. The diction, tone, and delivery are excellent. There’s also a range of natural-sounding voices to choose from, and I can customize the narration using voice instructions. For instance, I often instruct my preferred voice, “Shimmer,” to “speak slowly.” My subscription includes 500 monthly credits, with each credit covering one recording. 2. Built-in MP4 Player This feature is invaluable since the MP4 format is required for uploading videos to Udemy. 3. Extensive Media Library Visme provides a library of high-quality photos and videos, which I love integrating into my presentations to give them a polished, professional look. It offers 3D virtual assets—including characters, scenes, objects, and graphics. I’ve been experimenting with cartoon-style figurines and sequences, which can be customized in terms of skin tone, clothing, and poses. The duration of these animations can also be synchronized with the audio, making them perfect for visual explanations and storytelling. 4. Beautiful Templates The range of templates is impressive. They are highly customizable, and it’s even possible to combine slides from different templates. Changing theme colors takes just one click, which makes design adjustments fast and effortless. 5. Accurate Table Formatting I appreciate that when I upload tables—such as those containing tax calculations—the original formatting is preserved. The columns and rows remain perfectly aligned, ensuring that numerical data looks clean and professional. 6. Text Animation I love animating text—making it fade in or float in—which brings the presentations to life and gives them a refined, dynamic finish. 7. Brand Kit Feature The Brand Kit is another excellent tool. It allows one to maintain consistent branding across projects. Overall, Visme has exceeded my expectations. It’s not just a presentation tool—it’s a comprehensive, creative platform that allows educators like me to produce professional-quality courses with ease, efficiency, and style

Good Support and product
Visme support was helpful with my cancellation. I was able to get all of my requests done within a couple of days. It did take a couple rounds of messaging but not a big issue. I will definitely be using Visme again for my next Presentation. Thank you guys for the great platform.
Excellent for Presentations, Infographics / Other Visuals
I have been using Visme for the last 2 years and the UI has evolved and is polished and easy to use. Designing a presentation is easy with sophisticated layering + grouping capabilities (like how you are used to Adobe Photoshop) and intuitive alignment capability with Snap to Object and Smart guide functionality which makes getting the perfect alignment a breeze. As alignment forms a major part of design, having a powerful and easy to use alignment features accelerates visuals creation. Visme's user education content is top notch, they have put in enormous amount of effort to create stellar content that helps a lot with your design skills learning journey. The quality of the design learning content makes it worthy to invest your time, especially their ebooks which are quite detailed and relevant. To top it all off, their customer service is very responsive and prompt. I had a query about turning a specific feature off (displaying external link warnings) and customer service got it done within 2 days. Their product development cycle is around 3 weeks on average for a update to be pushed through which is pretty agile software development. This provides an advantage in that any bugs the user reports usually is taken care of in a matter of 4 weeks. Continued agile development of the product means that your time investment in learning the ropes on Visme's capabilities will remain useful for a long time. As visual design skills are getting more and more important, Visme is a solid choice to create your visuals.
