We had issues with the SIM card not re-activating after using an eSim abroad. We contacted VOXI and asked to speak to a human and the operator named Sneha was very helpful.
I had a log-in issue today with my Voxi…
I had a log-in issue today with my Voxi account. Himadri was polite, understanding and sorted the issue for me quickly. This seems to be a system login issue relating to problems with the OTP not being recognised in order to reset - it has happened before. Himadri has restored my faith in Voxi as I was going to leave today having been through a stressful experience last time via the chat to try and sort this issue out!

Happy with Voxi
Overall this network is great, apart from couple of black spots around the country and in our city. Our whole family is with Voxi. We love the price and data allowance but the most exciting part for my kids is the VOXI drop everymonth and discounted Odean cinema tickets
