Ordered track pants and a tank top but the tank was out of stock, Charlotte dealt with this brilliantlyand sent me out a more expensive tank at no extra charge....the pants and top arrived today and both look and feel excellent, love the fit.
Will definitely use Vanquish again, great products, great service!read more

Pretty simple return system, could do with a little more explanation on how the returns work in terms of value,but apart from that a great service. Replacement items came quick and fit great.

Worst customer service ever my first order was apparently delivered which I never received said soafter waiting a week apparently another ordered has been sent out.
I'm now in week 4 and received nothing at all they don't answer the phones tried 20 times on different days.
The customer service gets back to your every 2-3 days and fobs you off saying its out for delivery but the tracking numbers still my old one that never turned up.
I've requested a refund but they seem to ignore that part of and email I have sent them. Seem to be a hand full of people this has happened too just want this sorting out !read more
