Bought 2 oscilating growbuds clip on tent fans. The first stopped oscilating in 9 days.Contacted customer service and they were nice, but asked me to pull the unit apart and start cutting stuff. This dis not solve the issue. Then my second fan stopped working all together 2 days later. I asked the rep for a refund and they had to forward my request to a different department. That department decided I didn't need the shipping cost refunded. So I had to waste more time sending a nasty email to get all my money back. Will not do business with againread more

I originally purchased 2 fans and after 2 weeks one stopped working. Claims sent me another and within 30 days that one stopped working.When contacting support they tell you to dangerously clip a zip tie that holds the wire tight to the fan only to expose the fact that the wire is being cut into by the zip tie. Very dangerous and very hazardous. If you want complete junk and a fire hazards then buy one. As for support they said they would send me another then said they are on backorder again. Thats fine I wanted my money back anyways. Same thing as a dollar store clip fan do not waste your money. ALSO THEY WILL ASK YOU TO GIVE THEM A GOOD REVIEW WITH THE PROMISE OF A $20 DISCOUNT AND THEN BOT FOLLOW THROUGH. THANKS CATE THE LIAR !!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I did have another review of them here that I way too quickly posted without having gone through this crap.read more

I needed to swap out my tower fan to have more floor space in my tent. Growbuds fans were perfect.They easily clip right onto the tent poles and they have a decent amount of power (for my 4x4 tents) I did have to wrap a piece of tape around the pole right under the fan clip to keep it from slowly sliding down the pole. Funny how my previous review got taken down.
This has nothing to do with the tray but the quality of service growbuds provides.I ordered this item thinking I would receive 25 as stated. No where did this item read it was individually sold. Everything on the page said 25/cs. Everything. So when my order arrives I receive 1 individual 1020 tray. No problem I will call growbuds and see what up.
Day 1 call and leave a message. I wait 3 business days figuring that was plenty of time to respond. No response.
Day 2 (5 days later including the weekend.) Call again, leave a message and no response.
Day 3 finally get a hold of someone. No apologies for not getting back to me. Lady on the phone says they will check with the warehouse team and call me back in 30 mind. They didn't.
Day 4. Call and leave a message. Once again No response.
Day 5 I call yet again and leave a message. This time explaining my frustration. I actually get a call back this time 10 mins later. Lady on the phone tells me it's per individual 1020. I tell her it does not imply this anywhere and I have a screenshot to prove it. I'm told she will pass that on to the web team and my option is to keep the tray or I can send it back. I ask if I will have to pay to ship it back. She says no. OK then I'll ship it back. Get an email stating I will have to pay restock and shipping fees.
So to recap. Spend a week of my time and effort trying to get someone on the phone. No apologies for my wasted time or an explanation on why they left me hanging. When I finally do get to speak to someone it takes less than 2 minutes to tell me "tough luck" for them not doing thier job correctly in listing an item. Now I'm going to have to pay lord knows how much to get a refund for an item they did not list correctly with no apology involved.
Needless to say growbuds has lost my business and I'm sure they will delete this review like they did my previous one. Guess I will need to leave one on Google.read more
