We've had kinetic for 5 years. Our price just went up because of some changes. So I looked into xfinity, which was now available in our neighborhood. It was a comparable price and service and you know, had a few more perks, so we agreed to switch. We switched back almost immediately, there was just too much going on with xinfinity with kinetic when I called them to deactivate deactivate or cancel my service, they were kind. They taught me through it.I did not feel pressured to remain with kinetic , but they made me a deal to where I could keep xxfinity for a couple of months and see how I like I t. And if I chose to come back to kinetic, they would give me an awesome lower monthly rate, so which would still be comparable to xfinity, but I did agree to that and we did cancel xfinity within about 48 hours because there was just too much happening apps and logins and passwords and just to have internet service, that's all we wanted. We didn't want access to any of that other stuff so it was just too much. So anyway kinetic, customer service was easy to work with.Explain what was going on.We did ultimately keep their service.And we've been happy with it

I've only dealt with several of your reps. I really liked Angel to help me purchase a new phone. However, it is very difficult to get someone in the sales dept and too much waiting time. I spent 25 minutes calling Verizon to speak to someone in the Sales dept to verify my order number and had to hang up.
