Beware of their contracts
Beware of their contracts (just like the other review here mention). Except instead of being locked in for a year, which I knew about, it automatically renews for another year at a time and you can't cancel then after that point until the next year is up. And their normal price advertised on their site is less than what they charged us. On top of that, after the sale, their support, which previously was responsive, would literally take weeks, if not months, to respond to us on questions. I'd stay away...

Beware of predatory contracts that make you pay for services you are not even using. They are seemingly good people but at the end of the day, they don't care and hold you to the contract regardless of services being rendered. It was my fault for signing a contract that locked me in for 12 months regardless.
