Found this company after seeing Harry Potter book with full cast. It’s amazing. I love the different actors and recognise some real famous voices. I think the surround sound is fantastic with all the atmospheric sounds. Never been fussed with normal audio books, but these full cast books are fantastic. I’m all in.

Audible is as revolutionary an innovation as the printing press was ,in its day; empowering, not only people who did not have access to the written word as was the printing press; rather enabling people who cannot read to fully appreciate any written work. Revolutionary then, for dyslexic, partially sighted or any other visually challenged and blind people. For other students, young or old, it may well help them brush up on their listening skills; a vital skill that, sadly, many have lost, if indeed, they had them in the first place. Other students may use their ears to the full freeing their hands for note taking.

This app has many good points including synching across devices and and extensive library including many free books for members so you don't have to spend more than your credit . They recently changed the layout though which is why I dropped a star. The way it was organised before was much better than now and it's clunky making you check which list you want to see by checking in progress or not started where before the lists where just there . Put it back and I might go up to 5 stars

Great audiobook provider and love the kids account feature. Search function could be improved and it is a bit expensive. Also a shame you can’t buy credits as gifts instead of full subscriptions but would recommend for those who love stories on the go.

good but they don't like criticism
I actually really like audible but what I dislike is that they won't allow me to leave a review on their brand new Harry Potter full cast edition book, my review is a little critical but a very honest one , iv tried to leave the review several times and amazon keep rejecting it.
scammers of the corporate variety
Prices high and constantly raised ans after cancelling my subscription I should have had access to the books I HAD PAID FOR indefinatly but OH NO What a bunch of scammers!!!!!!

I’ve been trying to download one particular book for ages, it insists I have it but its not in my library!! Further frustration when the audible app sens me OTPs which it does not recognise… apart from speech turning into gobblygook occasionally… getting pissed with it!
