So mad
So mad , I need it to cancel an appointment, because I got work called and I didn't got the cancelation number ,so I send email to the place so she could cancel on time for me , but she didn't do it and she is charging me services I couldn't get. Just because this app didn't send kode 😂😂🤣 got email from bokadirekt and said that I have to pay because of there mistake in not sending code on time and is not there fault ! Well I'm not paying be free to send me to inkasso. Can care less . I know what I do and rules u can't follow but I did.
They don't want to take customers money
Wanted to buy a "Friskvårdskortet", can't do it since they blocked it with Klarna's login and I can't use Klarna because I don't have a personal number and therefore bankID. No direct payment option is available. They simply won't take my money. UPD: I got a reply below that I can use SMS to pay. NO, I cannot, it is required to have a Klarna account and it is impossible to have it without a bank ID. Klarna simply cuts off people without personal numbers. But, please remember there are people who legally work in Sweden without personal numbers, we exist, and Klarna limits your revenues by cutting off people.
