They are always very quick at responding! I have found them all to be very kind and understanding and also personal. I feel like I am really talking to someone and they want to help me; they want to find ways to make sure I am accommodated and I really appreciate their help every time!!! I really do love this company and their support team! No lie at all, they really do always help resolve any issues I may run into.
Great Service and Knowledgeable Staff
I was very impressed with the kind and close attention I received after having a medical issue that required changes to my formula.It showed me that the dermatologists are well trained from a medical standpoint. My dermatologist, Ainidel,wrote me a very detailed letter about my situation, offering to replace my formula immediately and for free. I then received a message from a member of staff, Lana , who expressed her sincere concerns and wished me well. I feel confident that I am in good hands….and my skin looks great!!
Great customer service and products that work
I have used Curology since 2017 and have never had an issue with the company or their customer service. In the 8 years I’ve used their products, only twice have I had to reach out to customer service regarding the product I was using. Both times I was sent a replacement and the second time I was offered a credit towards my next order. Each time the replies were quick, friendly and helpful. The prescriptions I’ve used have always worked and I can tell a difference in my skin. I’ve used non prescription products as well and have had a good experience with those too.

My experience has always been great here at curology. I have been prescribed some of the best formula to help with my acne and inflammation. I accidentally ordered the SPF instead of the moisturizer, I reached out to customer service to see if there was anything that could be done (I was thinking me return the SPF and get the moisturizer instead), But instead, they just said that they would ship out my moisturizer for me, free of charge! Then I got the package, and it was the wrong moisturizer. I contacted them again to let them know that it wasn't the correct moisturizer that I usually get, and AGAIN, They shipped out the correct one, AGAIN, FREE of charge!! Now THAT'S great customer service!! The only thing I DON'T like about Curology customer service is that they only have chat or text available, no PHONE NUMBER. I find that extremely annoying with EVERY business that goes this route, I just don't get it, BUT, I will say I find the text option a million times better than the chat option. The chat option sucks because you have to sit there on the page waiting for them to respond, you can't go into another app while you're waiting or do anything other than stare at your phone because if you do, you're going to miss it when they respond. At least with text, you get a notification sound when they respond. Easy peasy. Still though, I think most people/customers PREFER a customer service phone line. And one WITHOUT all the AI / automated bs hoops you need to jump though to get a REAL LIVE HUMAN BEING on the phone.
