No matter what the reason one may have for using ElevenLabs, recreation, business, etc., my reason is vital! I cannot speak vocally due to a full larynjectomy. I'm a survivor and ElevenLabs has made communicating with others comfortably possible. When AI assistance wasn't able to fix a problem I was having, within a short time, yes, a human would reach out to me and fix it personally. 5 Stars...ElevenLabs AI and their human support team deserves it. Eleven labs has terrible customer…
I am updating my review because although it was difficult to get human help and one of my tickets was several days till I could get past the bots. It is holiday session , there is a warning and when help came the agent was great. Plus maybe I didn't help things because I was assisting several friends and had issues with both their clones and so sent in more than one ticket which confused things. The technology is amazing once you get past the set ip faze.
