Confusing service scheme, cannot get my dishwasher to be repaired

I purchased an Electrolux Excellence dishwasher from Elon Arninge in December. It stopped working in January, two weeks ago. When I called them, they told me to book a service from Electrolux, and I did that. Two days later, Electrolux cancelled it and told me they don't service this model, because it's an Elon exclusive model, and Elon has dedicated service for this brand (Electrolux Excellence). So I called Elon again and told them that. First, they redirected me to the shop, then the shop redirected me to their repair service, and there they told me to report it on Electrolux site. Electrolux site doesn't have a report form for that, so I called them again. They redirected me somewhere else, and after several calls I got to register a claim. Note that I have no knowledge how to call them directly, it has always been redirects, and nobody knows anything. A couple days later, a technician calls me and tells me that he has to wait for a spare part, and when he has it, he will call me and schedule a visit. He promised to call me next week. He didn't call me, so I called them again, and some more days later, they scheduled a visit. The technician came today (it's already 2 weeks with non-functioning dishwasher), and he was unable to repair it. He says next week they will have another spare part, and then he will call me to schedule a new visit. This is just delay after delay, and they all shift responsibilities and make it very confusing for a customer to get service, let alone get service in reasonable time. Update: It's three weeks after the dishwasher broke. Today, the technician came again, tried to replace a faulty part, but apparently it didn't help, so he installed a new dishwasher, which works so far. At least, there's no further delay.

Professional scammers

Professional scammers,that pose as a serious business. I bought some airpods pro, that didnt work, I came to the shop and told them about the problem, I have sent them in for service 3 times(cuz they told me to), and after i wrote them an angry mail, they sent me some «new ones» and now I have the same problem with these, the toutch-sensor dosent work. They do not care about their customers at all. I really thought Elon was a legit business, but it turns out its not. A whole year i’ve tried to get some functioning airpods, but they dgaf.

Scammers

Be careful when you shop here. I came in to buy headphones and the salesguy told I could get some for “free” if I got a phone subscription. I thought that would be nice and he started telling me what it was all about and the subscriptions content and we talked about the headphones also and had a great conversation, and I was told to sign here and here, which I then did and I took the headphones home. Then the scam, appearently he had distracted me so good I didn’t even notice he had slipped in a 2-year binding period on the subscription. In no way did he mention or hint at a binding period during our entire “nice” conversation. I was home at almost 9 and went back a day or 2 later when I found the time, was told I need to get ahold of the same salesguy he can help me. When I finally tracked him down, nothing he could do and instead got an email to their boss who could help me. The boss? Did not care at all. Can’t help you he said. You signed, you snooze you lose, what I got basically. Screw this company and these kind of salesmen who scam you because you are bit trusting.

DO NOT PAY for fast home delivery because it will never arrive!!!

I ordered a coffee machine because mine broke. I paid extra money for home delivery that the site showed will happen the very next day. The reason I wanted to pay for delivery was that I needed my order ASAP. Today is day 5 after I placed my order and I havent received it and there is no update whatsoever about where my order is. DO NOT ORDER with ELON if you need something delivered quick.

It must be "0" not worth even "1".

It must be "0" not worth even "1". They should deliver an item today. I learnt that they deliver the item today and waited ALL DAY from 9.00 - 17.00. I stayed home all the time - no delivery, now 17.35 pm. And now, we got a notice that the item will be delivered tomorrow. I know the shop opens until 18.00. What's a lovely service and professionalism. I would never recommend the shop and the service. Never, ever.

This event is one of the worst I've…

This event is one of the worst I've been through, not only the store's behavior but also how Elon Central obviously just hopes this "settles down". So what I react most to is that Elon centrally does not address this, I never thought so.
