No order after 3 weeks past date
They promised that I'll receive my order 18.12.25. Today is 8.1.26. Nope, I didn't received nothing. Yesterday I called them for the refund and they said oh it's arriving today, it's arriving! it was yesterday, I repeat. Neither yesterday, nor today NOTHING. This was the last time I order something from them. Better to pay some euro extra but RECEIVE YOUR ORDER IN TIME

Impossible to speak to customer service. Even the chat isn't very helpful; for every problem, it sends you to the customer service phone number, and then you go back to the starting point. :-(
