I went in to the Lens Crafters Billings

I went in to the Lens Crafters on 24th Ave in Billings Montana. I was hoping they had the same frame as my glasses because the lenses are fine but I’ve done bad things to both side arms. A new girl and I were looking to see if we could find it, she had only been there three days and was very good. Had she not told me she was new, I would never have known. Then an employee named Brian Menahan asked if he could help and I explained my problem. He said he could fix them. He did and gave them back, good as new. Charged me nothing. I am very impressed with the service and employees of the store. 5 stars and I’d recommend them without hesitation.

I received my Oakley eyeglasses a few days ago. It was the first time ever I didn't have to adjust to new eyewear. They did such a good job that I ordered another pair.

SHOCKED by free repair!

I bought my prescription eyeglasses at LensCrafters years ago. They have progressive lenses and were specially treated because I spend many hours on the computer every day. They were quite expensive so when I stumbled and they fell off and broke - I was crushed! I took a chance and stopped in to see if they could be repaired, fully expecting them to have to send them out for repair at a significant cost. That is not what happened! The woman was pleasant and said of course they could repair them and asked me to take a seat. After waiting about 5 minutes she came out, polishing the lenses with my fully restored glasses - at no charge! I couldn't believe it! THIS WAS REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE that we rarely see anywhere anymore!

Customer service surprise

So, I stopped in the Tyler Mall location just to set up a future appointment and got immediate service. Never thought on a busy Saturday afternoon I could get an eyeglass and contact lens exam on a 6 minute wait. My technicians were prompt, thorough and discussed my options for exams by the doctor . My doctor was also thorough and explained the new technology! Great service!

Vision is essential.

First off I am reviewing the Ming Av. Bakersfield store. Also that I have shopped there 10 yrs. My wife and I have bought about 2 dozen pairs of glasses there. I have had a bad experience there couple years ago. I did buy a pair from Warby's last yr. but the the lenz were not very good. So, I needed to go back to Lens Crafters on Ming again. The Mgr. Jennifer was great and I was able to get the progressive transition lens that is best for my monocular vision, not cheap, but the best is required with my condition. The experience was fun and I am looking, (no pun intended), forward to having a better pair of glasses. 5 stars to Ming Av, Lens Crafters, and Jennifer..

I needed help

I needed help. I had glasses already but needed to convert them to temple cables because I was getting headaches. Laura at Fargo Lenscrrafters took one look and said she had the right parts for me, and in 15 minutes I was wearing painless specs. And NO CHARGE! You can be sure I will buy my next pair of glasses at LensCrafters!
