Excellent service. I was a little bit worried about buying an expensive bike with the many negative reviews on Trustpilot. I decided to go ahead because the individual warehouses had great reviews on Google, and I had a great experience. I bought a specific bike which is totally sold out in Denmark. Customer service was very responsive throughout the process - unfortunately, it is not possible to track international shipments - but it all worked out perfectly. The bike arrived 10 days after ordering, which I’m pleased with given the cheap international shipping charge. I would recommend this to anybody!

On 12.3.2025 I purchased a Cube bicycle…
On March 12, 2025, I purchased a Cube bicycle via the e-shop with shipping to Austria because LuckyBike does not deliver to my country (Slovakia). On 14.3.2025 I received an email that the bicycle had been handed over for transport. I did not receive any tracking number or information from the shipping company about the receipt of the shipment for transport. On 19.3.2025 I asked LuckyBike by email where the shipment was and whether it had really been handed over for transport. I received a reply that the bicycle was still in their warehouse and was being prepared for shipment. Luckybike did not respond to further questions. There was an information vacuum ... . Until March 26, 2025, when the courier announced that he would deliver the bike in three days. The bicycle arrived in a damaged box and had minor scratches on the rear fork, front fork, crank and rear derailleur. I think that some of the damage came from the store. The rear derailleur wasn't set up quite right, but I can fine-tune it. I complained about the damage with LuckyBike and there was always a response, even if it took several days. We mutually agreed on compensation, and LuckyBike kept the agreement. That's why I'm adding stars to the rating. So the purchase ended up going well, I bought the bike for a bargain price and it rides great. At LuckyBike, everything takes a long time, you have to take that into account before buying and be patient. The transport of the bicycle was provided by DSV Road and it was indeed handed over for transport on 14.3.2025 as reported by LuckyBike.

I was frustrated because after many days I had no news of my bike. I gave it three stars because the prices were great, but I think that when a customer asks for an update he should have an answer and this does not happen. The bike seems to be of excellent quality, I can not complain except for a wait a bit long, but overall an experience almost completely positive. Perfect shipping and prices, the only problem is communication
