I haven't ordered from you in 3-4 years but this week I have an occasion so needed a new fit. Although I have loads of dresses, my body has changed quite a lot since I last bought one and I feel like nothing looks good on me ... I just wanted to buy something that makes me look good and feel good in the body I have now! I'm really please by the quality of the product and of the exchanges with the support team in case of need ; I trusted the details regarding the size and took a larger size than my habitual one and the dress was too big. I return it and was refund after we realize that the gift card wasn't working. The support team answered me quickly and was super efficient in resolving my issue.
