Top-tier service, P&C in Weil am…

Top-tier service at P&C in Weil am Rhein. We were looking for a suit for my son’s graduation and prom, and Sabine provided expert guidance. She found exactly the right fit for him and steered us toward a creative color palette that was a refreshing change from the standard black and white. No guarantee, no laws, bad attitude ! No respect for the clients, because...........they can !

No guarantee, no laws, only scams and horrible attitude ! Yesterday, 23.11.2025, at the 10.00 I was at Promenada shop from Bucharest, Roumania, in order to change a shirt, bought one day before (22.11.2025) with one bigger, but the person from the desk and a man who told me that is the manager of the shop refused me with an attitude which have no words to be described! Horrible! A humiliating attitude of the employees and, in addition, the refusal to exchange a product for another, identical, but with a larger size, due to the lack of a label. The cashier and the person who claimed to be the store manager refused with superiority and having an offensive attitude towards me, to exchange a product for another identical, but with a larger size, due to the lack of a label. They refused grinning to tell me their names, because "it's not my problem" as they said. I am client from more than 11 years, but is the last time I buy from them! It's a disaster! Tip for consumers: The employees can't have an horrible attitude against the clients !

Disastrous Experience

Disastrous Experience! Ignoring customers rights. Your many is not given back! Terrible customer service! The P&C online shop received duplicated payment for the same order/delivery. The root-cause was that the shop did not accept my initial payment through the instant bank transfer, and they advised me to pay again with a credit card, what I did. It turned out that both payments were executed by the banks and I was charged twice. In result, the P&C received the duplicated payment for the same order. I understand such situation can happen but then I’d rather expect understanding, helpfulness and swift resolution. Instead, I experienced disrespect, neglecting and lack of care. Despite my repeated efforts to clarify the situation, numerous contacts with their customer service, providing them with evidence of two payments, all of those efforts were in vein. They just ignored my claim. I wanted to share this case to make other cusomers aware about the poor quality of the P&C cusomer servise and lack of any willingness to assist a customer. They just do not care! Never again such a bloody experience and any order or transaction with Peek&Coppenburg.
