Went to Peterborough prezzo. The main course was good. Beef with asparagus. Monica, Katie and Sophia were friendly. Nice place. Pouring with rain outside and they let us stay until it stopped even though we had long since finished our food.
Dinner with Family & Friends
We visited the Gainsborough (Lincs) restaurant. We were a party of 8. The restaurant was quite busy with a nice warm atmosphere. We were served drinks quickly & all came correct. The food order was taken including starters, mains with a few sides. All came hot and looked very appealing. Everyone enjoyed their meal and there was no waste. We had a mixture of pizza, spaghetti bolognaise, lasagna & burger, all were excellent. All in all we enjoyed thee evening out & the waitress, Lizzie, was very attentive, polite and always with a smile on her face.
Great staff (JADE) good food, shame about portion size
My partner and I made an order for collection, Enfield Town Restaurant. Firstly, not only did the lady answer the phone with a very warming and welcoming tone, she went above and beyond to help us in ordering and collecting. JADE, was the name of the staff member. She was very friendly and was amazing to be able to understand ANNND INTERPRET what I was attempting to order as I get tongue tied and stuttery on phone calls. When my partner came to collect, I was told she was very lovely and still just as friendly in person and not just phone. Jade made a WONDERFUL recommendation for the red wine we ended up ordering and it went fabulously with the salads we bought. just wish he'd bought 2!! I even rang the restaurant to thank her for the wine choice! My only down side to the experience, the cost of 3 salads (one with a bit of extra chicken and changed the breaded chicken to normal) bottle of wine and the sharers tiramisu. JUST shy of £100. The salads are a lot smaller than when I used to order them and came with no croutons and didn't see or taste any of the cheese. Food taste and the actual quality of the chicken, prosciutto etc has never been a let down always tasty. Shame for the money spent! Guessing order date, I completely forgot to do the review at the time

The manager At Prezzo Port Solent Karolina was most helpful my wife has a shell fish allergy and they made every effort to help. The food was excellent, good portion sizes and well prepared, toilets were clean and tidy, seeing was good tables not crowded together.

1/The food was delivered nice and hot, and the service was excellent, making for a very good eating out experience. 2/ Unfortunately the prices of everything had increased substantially which was probably why there was only a very few people in there, and even though we had a buy one meal and get the other for a £1.00 because of the huge uplift in the prices it was still really expensive. 3/ With the very pricey menu bill they had the audacity to put a large service charge on the bill which I requested to be removed which they did and we tipped what we felt was an appropriate sum. 4/ The size of the lasagne was more like a kiddy portion than an Adults!! 5/ We will now consider looking at other restaurant outlets so to the directors of Prezzo look what has now happened to Pizza Hut reduce your prices or possibly face their current situation????
Good food but cold
The food was delicious and the service was excellent and tentative but it was so cold upstairs that I had to keep my coat on and zipped up while eating my dinner while still feeling cold.
Very disappointing donuts
My husband ordered donuts for dessert - expecting something delicious. They arrived solid, cold and tasteless ( I tried a bite too). The staff didn't argue when he sent them back, and deducted the cost from the bill, all politely done. But what was the kitchen thinking sending out something like that? Rest of the meal was ok and promptly served.
Not the best food
We ordered pizzas all three were very hard to cut with the cutter the toppings were sparse also not very hot. I had the Ravioli for near £20 I got 8 small packets, sauce and a lot of greens tasteless.. sweets... orderer a shared one, they bought 2 separate ones that cost £3 more..the service was good..
