All they are interested in is money, beware massive price hikes.
I have used Smartfile for a number of UK based Police Charities related to injured police officers and widows and orphans of police officers. Technically the system is excellent however a price hike from $35 to $220 a month is extreme and unwarrented. An appeal for special charity pricing was ignored (even Microsoft do this).
