I am in the process of finding another…

I am in the process of finding another internet service provider due to several major issues with Sparklight. Sparklight offered an new pricing model starting in May 2024 at a price of $65.00. 3 months later it jumped to $70.00 than$76.00 and $82.00 in September 2025. If I wanted to speak to a Customer Service Representative it would be a $10.00 charge. Connection speeds and downtime issues.

Very unreliable internet and they are…

Very unreliable internet and they are always raising the rates. I am paying 265.00 per month for their so called premium service. I intend to leave the service after being with them for 20 plus years. The latest thing they have done is to fix their firesticks so they can only be used at your home address. You used to be able to use them anywhere you could get internet service so I took it with me when traveling. This stopped this week. I also have some fire sticks form other service providers and it appears that they know when you are using them and they slow down or block your internet service if you are using their router. so I have had enough. I am looking for other options.

Sparklight is just terrible

Sparklight is just terrible all together! inconsistent internet speeds, VERY SLOW service whenever you call them, terrible customer service on the phone, too many random outages

I'm not kidding

I'm not kidding. I get booted off at least 15 times a day. That's a 12 hour day. Sparklight cust service said it was my tv which is a LG that's only a year old..so I went out and bought another Samsung high end TV. Guess what I'm still all my info for signing in 15+ times a day..horrible customer service...

I don't have internet and never have .i find it intrusive tht this company sends me their mail non stop with my actual full name on it. First and foremost ,how would they get my name when I've never had internet. I'm not surprised they have bad reviews. If i was ever to need or desire wifi I wouldn't use them.

Spark light is by far the worst company…

Spark light is by far the worst company I’ve ever dealt with in my life. They disconnected my internet because they couldn’t find my account and wouldn’t let me pay. They also wouldn’t let me sign up for an online account because my zip code is different from the zip code they think I should have. They reconnected my internet but it still doesn’t work, their tech had me trouble shoot by unplugging and plugging things back in. They are sending an in person tech in 6 days.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. We called on Thursday for a tech to fix our internet which had been down for weeks. The earliest they would send someone was Monday. They the said they would come Saturday from 1 to 5, but never showed up. They then said they would come at 8 pm, and again no showed without telling us in advance they were no longer coming. We spent all day at the house for them and they didn’t have the professional courtesy to tell us they weren’t coming. We only found out when we repeatedly called them. They then wouldn’t tell us when they would come after Saturday. They would not connect us with a supervisor or provide their contact information. The issue is still not resolved. We will be switching providers as soon as possible.

This company is terrible

This company is terrible, they will raise your bill without notice, plenty of outages at inconvenient times. Poor customer support, even charging you after you cancelled your service. Look elsewhere.
