Disappointed with quality & service
I am a repeat purchaser of wakefit mattresses. I've had a great experience 1st three times, but at the 4th time of purchase, the quality was quite poor and led to a backache for me. However, the moment of truth came when their customer service was too stubborn on the 100-day return period and was not willing to make any exceptions despite genuine reasons at my end. I am disappointed.

Shell company utter waste of time
No urgency to get the job done even for customers who paid up front are kept waiting. These people just sit around forwarding mails in back office and delivery staffs have a million excuses why the delivery not happening and it's always the customer fault. Even though they never reached the home to ring the bell. What is the point of providing a physical address when these morons want easy work just dialing numbers. If the customer has no network it's the customer fault. Never pay this company until the product is delivered safely. Fascinating how many customers they disappointed by reading the reviews. This company should be renamed DeadBits. Better the court should shut operations in goa like ola electric

Very disappointing experience with Wakefit. I ordered a King size mattress (78×72) on 24 December, and this has been one of the worst delivery experiences I’ve had. The order was picked up in December and then kept going “out for delivery” multiple times, only to be marked as “returning to seller” without any proper attempt to deliver. There was no clear communication, no genuine delivery attempt, and zero accountability. I waited for days and adjusted my schedule, but the product was never delivered. For a brand like Wakefit, this level of service is unacceptable. If you value your time and peace of mind, think twice before ordering large items like mattresses from Wakefit. Very frustrating experience.
