Brilliant!
We recently stayed with our four children at the Chester Trafford Hall YHA, and booked two private rooms. The facilities were excellent, the food was brilliant and the staff were so lovely and friendly. Will definitely recommend and use again.

A Five-Star "No Vacancy" Experience!
Well, I tried! I rolled up to YHA Castleton Losehill Hall hoping for a cozy bed, only to find they were fully booked. And yet, somehow, I'm still giving them five stars. Why? Because even without a room, their hospitality was so warm and welcoming, it almost felt like I did stay the night! The staff were incredibly lovely, helpful, and went above and beyond to suggest alternatives, all with genuine smiles. It's rare to leave a place without having experienced its primary service and still feel this impressed. Clearly, they've mastered the art of making guests feel valued, even when they can't accommodate them. If this is how good they are when they're full, I can only imagine the magic they work when they actually have a room for you. I'll definitely be trying to book again – this time, much further in advance! Top-notch people, top-notch vibes.

YHA Borrowdale. Excellent all round!
Pitching my tent was excellent on flat ground with plenty of space. The atmosphere of the hostel was excellent and the staff were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Facilities (food, showers, toilet, drying room, self catering kitchen etc) were very good. Superb stay
Very pleasant stay.
I never really write reviews. But made sure I found the time to write this. YHA Bath was an absolute delight. Our family ( 2 adult and 3 children) havent used a hostel for a while and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very relaxing, staff were very accomidating and friendly and kids felt safe enough to move around the hostel on their own with confidence. Nice views and very pleasant walk into the city. Highly recommend.
Good value for money
My husband, son and I recently stayed at the Lee Valley hostel. The location is great if you want to visit central London; they offer free parking and the local train station is just down the road. We explored the local country park which was great for walking and observing the local wildlife. We booked a triple bedroom with en-suite facilities and were very pleased. The self catering kitchen was great for preparing our evening meal and the cooked breakfast was delicious. Great value!
Another wonderful stay at a YHA hostel
Another wonderful stay at a YHA hostel, this time at Eskdale. A little jewel of a place, a haven at the end of the valley. Lovely, comfortable stay & beds & bathroom facilities, lovely staff, lovely food & drink. What more can one ask for. The staff were / are welcoming, friendly and helpful. Will definitely be returning.
