Item was not left in Hall outside my FLAT 2 front door. I chanced upon it finding it outside my BACK KITCHEN DOOR exposed to the elements
Say they tried to deliver when they didn't
They are saying this parcel was refused to be accepted,. that's nonsense, no one from Yodel tried to deliver to our house today. Wherever they tried to deliver it wasn't here,.. Which may be why it was refused. If they delivered to the delivery address it would be accepted.
The worst, avoid at all costs. Needs shutting down
2nd bad review in a month!. But I’ve actually had 5 issues with yodel in the past 2/3 months! Paid for next day delivery, had an email today with a 2 hour delivery time slot and also showing on the yodel app, parcel didn’t arrive within the 2 hour time slot and had said 4 more stops before you for 2 hours! Spoke to the useless customer service who told me it would come tomorrow, didn’t grasp that I’d paid for next day delivery. They then ended the chat even though I had asked them a question, started a new chat, same thing, told to wait as they deliver until 10pm & then again chat ended when I was still asking questions. 10:10pm I get a notification on the yodel app saying sorry we missed you, please manage your parcel delivery preferences!!! I mean WTF. How can every other delivery company manage to deliver within their time slots, but Yodel seem to have issues with every parcel!
