Write in english bcz dont know polish. So i did more or less 10 orders from this marketplace. Was a little bit excited bcz of other opinions, that the shop doesnt return money. Everything before was ok, but last order had wrong size (ordered 40, got 44🫣). So i was scared that this' s the end for almost 250 dollars. Packed wrong item back at once on the day of delivery and started to praying)) but zalando confirmed returning after 2 days and on third returned all money. So i have a normal, good expеrience. Dont know, how people have some problems, maybe they keep order too long after picking up , and then try to complaint.. bcz i sent wrong item in 1 hour and everything was proceeded smoothly.

Contradictory Handling of My Return – Still Unresolved After 1.5 Months
On 14 January 2026, I returned one parcel containing 15 items using the return label generated by Zalando and placed inside my package. After several weeks passed without any confirmation, I contacted customer service to locate my parcel and check my refund status. I was asked to provide a tracking number. I explained multiple times that I had used Zalando’s return label but did not have the tracking number. Zalando then asked me to complete a legal statement, which I filled out and submitted. About a week later, I was informed by a Zalando representative that, following their communication with DPD, my parcel had been confirmed as lost, and that the items listed in my legal statement would be refunded. However, shortly afterward I received refunds for only 6 items. When I contacted them again, I was reassured that all items listed in my legal statement would be refunded within 2–3 business days, so I waited. One week later, when nothing happened, I followed up again. This time I was again asked for the tracking number. Despite repeatedly explaining that I did not have it and had used Zalando’s own return label, I was told they could not proceed without it. After I pointed out that they had already processed part of the refund (6 items) and that I was only requesting the remaining 9 items, my emails largely went unanswered. Finally, after 1 month, on 24 February, Zalando changed its position and claimed that only those 6 items had arrived in the parcel, and therefore no further refund would be issued. This directly contradicts their earlier written statement that: the parcel had been confirmed as lost by DPD, and the items in my legal statement would be refunded. To this day, Zalando has not provided any proof that items were missing from my parcel — no warehouse scan records, no parcel weight, and no damage or inspection report. Their communication has been inconsistent, non-transparent, and extremely frustrating. I am still waiting for clear answers to my questions. Unless this matter is resolved properly, I will continue pursuing formal complaints through the relevant consumer protection authorities. Return date: 14 January 2026 Status: Still unresolved after 1.5 months

Be careful, don't buy from Zalando. They're scammers. I paid 360 zloty for a shirt I never received. I've written to customer support many times, but no one has resolved the issue, and I've lost my money.

Good morning, I'm very disappointed with your service! My order ( Numer zamówienia: 10906142677307) was supposed to be delivered today to a ZABKA store (Franciszka Bujaka 12/1 30611, KRAKÓW PL), which is always open from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm! But now I've received a message saying the delivery couldn't be made because no one was home! This is false; the store is open! I'm requesting a refund for this serious inconvenience because I needed my order for a wedding tomorrow! This has caused a huge inconvenience and will leave a very negative review!
