Nice evening at lakeside
My husband and I went to the lakeside branch on 3rd Feb. The place was stylish and had a relaxing atmosphere. The food was really nice, best pizza I had ever had, it was so thin. We had a lovely server called Jacek and he was friendly, really helpful, especially in regards to the Zizzi app. He went out of his way to tell us about it and help us with it and was attentive throughout the evening. We will definitely go back again.

Great meal / staff at Zizzi’s High Wycombe
We went for an early lunch today at Zizzi’s in High Wycombe (Eden) and had a great couple of hours there. There were 7 of us, 4 adults, a 10 year old, 6 year old and a nearly 2 year old and the staff were really good with us all. The restaurant itself is really nice and the food was lovely. We had Elsie as our main waitress and she was brilliant, my 10 year old daughter on the way home asked how can she be that nice for the whole of her long shift? So we’re very grateful as we don’t go out as much as we used to for meals so everyone made it a really pleasant experience. Will definitely be going back in the near future.

I’ve read other review on here but I must say we had a brilliant evening at Chatham zizzi. The food was good but what made the evening stand out was our waiter CHARLIE. He was fab: friendly efficient and made my Enderby mum feel really special!! Thank you Charlie. Just say this is the first review I’ve ever written and it’s been several months ( we came in September !!). since Charlie was our waiter. I hope I’m not too late with this review because I’d love for him to know that he really made a difference! Thanks 🙏🏾

The pleasant and helpful service from Miia at the 02 Zizzi. The food wasn't bad either.
Basic meals poor quality
Hadn't been to a Zizzi in years, so was looking forward to our visit to the one in Milton Keynes centre. We chose lasagna and Spag Bol - basic Italian meals. The Lasagna used flavourless cheese and white sauces (pretty sure they were bought/jar) and the spag bol was over starchy so that the spaghetti 'clumped' together. So disappointing. Our waitress was lovely but we won't be choosing Zizzi for dinner any time soon.
Terrible experience
Well what can I say….Stockport No staff; well one and a half, freezing cold and messy. There were 12 of us all nurses only booked Zizzis because we had blue light discount of 30%. We also wanted to order our drinks individually but were told there was no bar staff to facilitate this so had to put it on the bill which was award as we were not all drinking. The main waitress was unbelievably busy not only serving the restaurant but also sorting takeaways ( you would think they would stop takeaways with a full restaurant and when they didn’t have time to tidy up the tables or bar area). One meal has hair in it and one meal was cold. The rest of the food was ok I could not fault it. When we came to pay we were told the discount is only for 6 people not 12 so we asked if we could split the bill into two tables of 6. No that’s not allowed. Well then just discount 6 of us. No that’s not allowed either. We asked to speak to the manager and the waitress said there wasn’t one so she was probably the manager. We definitely wouldn’t have booked if we knew they were so ridged. There’s 12 people who won’t be back.
Zizzi One New Change
Went with a group of friends and had the Christmas set menu. Food was bland, the "roast" potatoes were just partly boiled potatoes then stuck under a grill for a bit of colour. Almost raw, flavourless. The pizza is just an oblong tortilla with some flavourless ingredients. Portions are minuscule. The staff is nice and caring but we tried it once and never again.
