Excellent value for money product & customer service
Excellent value for money product. I am not good with technology but the Velo 2 is simple to use and it does everything I need functionality wise. This is backed up by exemplar customer service. Chapeau Beeline keep doing what you are doing as you are nailing it.

Great experience with Beeline Moto so far. The device is clean, easy to use, and perfect for motorcycle navigation without distractions. Excellent navigation gadget and…
Excellent navigation gadget and excellent customer service. This little device gets me all around London through routes I would never have used. Always reroutes accurately if you go off piste to make sure you get to your destination. Audible beeps make it easy to know when you're approaching a junction and when you're on it. I have had three interactions with customer support all through my own fault. I put one device through the washing machine and had to replace it then I had one fall off the bike (my fault) and run over by a car in Phuket, Thailand. It actually continued to work even though half the display was cracked. Customer service has always been exceptional.
Outstanding customer serivce and excellent app support
I first became aware of the Beeline products in late September when my son used a Moto I on a ~3,400km motorcycle ride we did (along with almost 50 other riders) on Honda 110cc motorcycles through (mostly) outback Australia. I was very impressed with the products and a month ago I was lucky enough to become a Beeline Moto I owner although unfortunately it did not come with any useable mounts. Thankfully, Beeline came to the rescue even supplying a brand new Moto II handlebar mount with a Moto I adapter when they were unable to supply replacement shims for the Moto I handlebar mount I had. I fitted the new handlebar mount the same day as an app update was released for iOS devices and was shocked to discover that the voice used for navigation instructions (which was not selectable) had changed and now sounded like Darth Vader! Fortunately I was able to record a snippet of voice directions on my iPad before and after the app update and provide these voice recordings to Beeline when I reported the issue to help them understand and resolve the issue. Not only did the app developers resolve this issue within a few days but also they provided a new voice selection option feature as part of the solution - very impressive!
Excellent customer service
Customer service was excellent and very helpful team, they made communication clear and straightforward and when a small mistake was made they were polite and very quick to fix it.

I bought this device ( Velo 2 ) looking many review and I can tell that it’s better than my previous gps devices: nothing that can be distractive during a bike trip, a long bike touring like I do or in the city. It’s incredible how all its necessary fits in a so small space! My congratulations to this company that innovates our days riding our passion!
