Amazing service
My wife and I recently attended the Gafas.es store in Jaén. As yet, we speak little Spanish, but as ever, we decided we could only do our best Spanglish and use our voice translator. We were welcomed by Daniel, who from the beginning was polite and friendly….he explained that he some limited English, but that between us all, we would be ok. He was simply amazing during the eye examinations, and when it came to choosing new frames etc, he managed to explain the pros and cons of the various lenses, and helped us choose which ones we needed. The price was still amazing, even after a couple of optional extras that WE requested ! We have paid more for one pair in the uk, than we paid for all 4 at Gaga’s.es. We have today collected our new spectacles and we are thoroughly delighted with them. We were attended today by a young lady whose name I sadly cannot recall. She too, was very friendly, polite and absolutely committed to making sure we were both happy with both of our pairs of specs before we left. She also explained all the paperwork, the guarantees and warranties included. I do wish we could remember her name. We did see Daniel again today too; he actually remembered us too, but he was busy with another client, which is fair enough. Thank you Gafas.es ….. we will be back when necessary.
Not all offers are too good to be true!
I have always believed that if an offer seemed too good to be true, it usually was. But finally, after many years, Gafas.es has proved me wrong! After seeing their offer of 2 pairs of glasses for €129 I considered it for a while before deciding to give it a try. From the simplicity of making the first appointment to the excellent customer service when conducting the eye test, to the efficient communication when the glasses were ready for collection - 1 week earlier than promised, the whole process was excellent and I cannot recommend it highly enough. I collected my 2 pairs of glasses this morning and am absolutely delighted with them. I will be recommending gafas.es to everyone I know without reservation!

I get dizzy from your glasses
I bought 2 multifunction glasses and two sunglasses. When I try to read I get very dizzy. I find it extremely difficult to find the part where to read with. I am using my old glasses which are, easy to read with. About the sunglasses they are OK however a lot of reflex in the corners. I noted that I was unhappy about the Lents when you asked for valuation. Heard nothing from you. The lady in the store is lovely and patient. Mirel optica in Fuengirola. I have been contacted by the shop and will pass by Monday to find a solution. Thank you for the good service I am impressed. I have been to the shop Mirel Optica, Mirel has sorted the problem with both glasses. I am very happy and would recommend.
