Counterintuitive and inefficient to Use
I can see where Pendo can work to deliver what it says it can. However, it takes too long to learn to do even basic things as some procedures seem very roundabout in how you need to do them. Setting up a step-by-step guide inside an app seemed quite a counterintuitive and repetative task that I'm sure could be more streamlined and efficient. Pendo's own tutorial videos are a mixed bag. Some presentations are good, while others are just a lot of talk and never really get to the subject. Pendo might be OK for you if you have the time to learn it. However, if time is precious to you and you have a lot of tight deadlines you may want to look elsewhere.
