I can not get retrospect to let me buy it's desktop backup service since my mom at the time managed my money under her name (a partnered bank account) and the shipping address had my name but there payment company required the transaction number of the purchase on the bank statement because it got "flagged" but they couldn't get it through there heads if they block the transaction no bank statement and no statement number. after numerous calls they just decided to not change there verdict and/or process and hang up. whatever you do don't risk it with retrospect
