Reconciliation

I wish to withdraw my previous review, which was written out of frustration for not being able to use my Creative Club member card. The issue is now solved and I was able to use it today. My shop is located in Gatineau, Quebec, where the staff are always very helpful and curteous.

Product delivered damaged and no…

Product delivered damaged and no response from support team in almost 2 weeks. EDIT. It took 3 weeks for a reply but their support team refunded the damaged product

Customer service is never available

Customer service is never available. I can't reach them by chat or call. Poor package of paper. They put paper sheets close (in the same section of wrapping material) to the frame that I ordered and of course, the paper was damaged by frame screws.

7.39$ for 2 pencils.. this is some kind of joke? This store sells by small expensive quantities, I better order by stock directly to china.. almost everything comes from there anyway as they always run out of stock by closer company like general's

So underwhelmed

So underwhelmed. No indication that in-store pick up means still shipping from another province and there is a 3 week wait time. When I realized my products wont' arrive in time for an event, they wouldn't cancel it. Even though it was less than 24 hours. So now I have to go find all the supplies AGAIN, pay AGAIN and cross my fingers hoping the store will take the return. Such poor service.

Very disappointing experience at…

Very disappointing experience at Deserres Montréal – Ville-Marie. I bought a toy on discount and returned to the store the same day, less than 3 hours later, hoping to exchange it for another toy of exactly the same value, simply because my child preferred a different one. The exchange was refused, even though the item was unused and the request was reasonable. What was most upsetting was the rude and dismissive attitude of the staff when I calmly explained the situation. I understand store policies, but customer service should also include courtesy and basic understanding. Given the circumstances, I believe some form of compensation (such as a store credit or exception exchange) would be appropriate to acknowledge the poor customer experience.

I would like to suggest that DeSerres…

I would like to suggest that DeSerres send all their employees to shop at Opus especially the Coquitlam store to learn how to do customer service. I am always disappointed when I shop there. Even though they have a better selection of certain supplies I prefer to shop where I am treated like a valued customer. Won’t be going back!!!
