Not pleased
Delivery time: 2 days (very good) Item as per photo: the blue colour on the hoodie was much darker than what was presented on the photo. Price: advertised on the website for £49.99 which is the price I paid, but a tag on the actual product with £19.99 on it. That's a big red flag for me. Quality: OK for £19.99 but bad for £49.99. I'm disappointed because this was a gift for my husband's bday. I won't be buying anything again from Blue Inc.

Incompetent doesn't come close
Blue Inc used to be my favourite clothing shop, when they had a physical branch in my town. Now that they're only online the service is terrible. I ordered 4 tops, a pair of shorts and cargo trousers. Upon ordering I received an email saying estimated deliveryis 3-5 days and that I'd receive confirmation when my items have been shipped. 9 days had passed with no sign of my order, or even any further contact at all to let me know the status, I had zero means of knowing what was going on. On day 10 I got the shipping email, and HALF my order arrived a couple days later. One of the tops fit well, another was far too small despite being the same size, then I receive an email saying that the other 2 tops will be refunded within 10 days, with ZERO explanation as to why. I'm still waiting on the cargo trousers, no telling when they'll arrive since I doubt they've been shipped yet. Finally there's no way to contact the store apart from a single email address, which I contacted twice with no response. Avoid at all costs
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
Completely gone downhill after being revived during the pandemic. Order 2 pairs of jeans that never arrived. Didn't respond to emails, couldn't go in-house the shop for help. Had to ask my bank to treat this as fraud to recover the funds.

My wife worked for them for a while, they failed to pay to pay her when the store closed .we took them to court and won but no sign of any money. Do not buy from them and do not work for them

Worst customer service experience I have ever had. I placed a big order on the 17th of December and paid for next day delivery. My order never arrived. After 4 weeks without my order and with various emails between myself and customer service I eventually asked for a full refund.

Do NOT order from here! Placed an order October 4th, never arrived, received a refund. Was told item was definitely in stock beginning of November, placed second order November 11th still no delivery of item. TEN WEEKS no item! Report for fraud
Worst customer service Ballymena
I’m writing in regards to the Ballymena branch I had the worst customer service experience the manger which has (red hair and glasses) was very nasty and had a major attitude from the minute she walked into the shop, I had purchased items for Christmas in the castle court branch and the manager Alison told me that any store had to honour a refund for items bought as their store was closed from the 4th of January. We were told sale items can’t be refunded but EVERYTHING in blue inc is on SALE all year round… The manger told me that they could not do a refund after 7 days which I find ridiculous especially over the Christmas and new year period. The company policy should be extended especially for the Christmas period. I would not have someone like this being the full time manger of the store We were left standing in the shop floor for 15 minutes as the manger had just nipped out to the shop leaving staff that haven’t got a clue (Erin) She is not an asset to your team in which a manger should have professional mannerisms should be respectful in any scenario. She was giving my parter very dirty looks and being very sharp because he had asked a simple question. I shop here regularly but I will DEFINITELY NOT be a returning customer. As someone who works in retail I can’t actually believe staff are allowed to behave like this. Save your money and buy elsewhere as you can get better customer service elsewhere.
