The most UNREACHABLE company ever
The most UNREACHABLE company ever. No replies to messages left on their website. No other means of contacting them except a robot-chat which is unhelpfull. Delivery mistakes are not corrected after 18 days! Not even confirmation of my order which I paid in full of course… STILL WAITING!! :(
Be careful before ordering at…
Be careful before ordering at Vivobarfoot ! It seems that they are not delivering and you will have no access to any customer support. I have ordered a pair of Sensu Moc Leather Shoes on the 5th of January and i am still waiting for a tracking number. U have sent 3 emails and tried to call several times but i am unable to reach anyone. I still have to say that it is the first time that i have such an issue with this company so i hope that they will resolve the problem soon.
Worst post-sales experience ever
I would like to return the shoes that were delivered as scheduled. I have tried in every possible way to contact You, but without success. You clearly have serious issues with customer support. I believe this is truly unacceptable in 2026. A company’s credibility is measured not only by the quality of its products, but also by the quality of its after-sales service. Unfortunately, this latter aspect is clearly lacking. I hope to be contacted as soon as possible by someone in order to resolve this issue.
Appalling customer service
I’ve been a loyal Vivobarefoot customer for years and have always loved the shoes, but this recent experience has been extremely disappointing. Two separate pairs have failed within a few months. While I understand these things happen - my point of issue lays with their customer service. I’ve spent over three weeks attempting to contact Vivobarefoot through all available channels and have received no response whatsoever. No acknowledgement, no support, nothing. I’m not asking for a refund, I simply want an exchange, but the total silence makes that impossible. I genuinely want to continue supporting this brand, but loyal customers shouldn’t be ignored when something goes wrong.
Item never sent; refund never issued
I placed an order on Vivobarefoot on 5 December. 2 items were in stock and were promptly sent; 1 item would be sent separately, as, I suppose, it wasn’t in stock. After a number of weeks it was apparent that the item would not be sent, so I tried contacting Vivobarefoot for a refund. My first attempt was with the chatbot, which said I would get a refund within a number of working days. Nothing happened. I tried a little while later and asked for a live agent, I was never put through. My third attempt was a message/email via their website to which I am yet to receive an answer. My last attempt was the chatbot again. I asked for a live agent and was put in a queue. After waiting a couple of hours, I moved the conversation to WhatsApp in the hopes of receiving an answer there. This was 3 days ago and I still haven’t spoken to anyone. Vivo shoes are not cheap, so for them to take my money, not sending an item, and not even refund said item is awful. I love Vivobarefoot shoes and have been ordering them for years, just never from their own website. I won’t be trying that again, but will be using a reseller.
Not buying these again
I have been wearing Vivo's for 9 years now, spending probably thousands on them, and I won't be buying them again. I bought a pair of Primus Lite IV in July/August and the heel ripped, I have been unable to contact them at all except for a couple of AI generated responses a few weeks apart in November. Avoid Vivo's until they get their customer service sorted out.
Faulty shoes on first wear and refund still pending after 1 month
I made a purchase with Vivobarefoot Revivo in December — a pair of women’s Tracker Leather boots — which I returned due to a clear quality fault. The boots were listed as being in great condition. However, on the very first wear, after walking on a sunny day over slightly damp ground, water leaked through the seam between the sole and the leather upper. While they were extremely comfortable, this issue meant they were not fit for purpose. I returned the boots in mid-December, and Royal Mail tracking confirms they were delivered to the warehouse on December 22. I have received no acknowledgment of the return and no refund. It has now been nearly a month. The return confirmation email stated that refunds are processed within 7 working days, which has clearly not happened. I have made multiple attempts to contact customer service via email, social media, and WhatsApp, with no response. On a few occasions I have reached an agent via live chat, but they eventually stopped responding and offered no resolution. I own a pair of Vivobarefoot Gobi trainers purchased last year, which are the most comfortable shoes I have. Unfortunately, due to the lack of customer support and care in this situation, I will not be purchasing again. I am requesting a prompt response and the immediate processing of my refund. If this is not solved by the end of this week, I will file a dispute with my credit card provider.
Comfortable shoes, terrible customer support
Comfortable shoes and a great concept but quality is an issue. Once things go wrong it is impossible to contact Vivo as their customer support interfaces do not work. I feel a Section 75 claim coming. Sad.
