My home was one too be proud off, I found that if I spoke to them on a level if I had any issues, they were great, I found that if I tried to lie or mis-lead, they come down like ton bricks. Put yourself in there shoes, and what would you do? Shame they going and I'm happy to pay my £8-9000 bill from 2016

I had several items with perfect home noticed I payed off early still had to pay full interest for a time period I Dident have it from paying off early and there insurence compete rip off glad there going same way as bright house :)

Perfect homes chasing debt from 2016
Back in 2016 I took an agreement out with perfect homes then due to unforseen events I missed a few payments asked then to take the items back and they refused just kept demanding payment when I couldn't financially afford to pay what they was asking hence the reason I told them to take items back, well I havnt heard of them in years and now today I have recieved a debt letter stating I have to pay £8??. I have put a complaint into the financial ombudsman. They are not getting a penny they f****d up not me demanding I pay. Had the same thing with provident ended up with ccj now that in process of being wiped due to provident miss selling a loan. Got my fingers crossed this gets sorted

Absolutely awful and disgusted at what they are doing. I’m trying to pay a balance off that is on my credit file which they agreed now they are trying to get over £1000 for insurance. Absolute insult and I will be contacting the financial ombudsman.
One of the worst companies I have ever used
One of the worst companies I have ever gone with, missed one payment (due to an unforseen serious issue), but despite contacting them and explaining and arranging a commitment I still recieve multiple calls a day from 07.00am till gone 20.00pm, customer service depends on who you get one was rude and did not care about the situation and the state I was in due to it to which I hung up, the second was fairly understanding, and an arrangement was made, but the constant calls and harrassment is beyond a joke, considering I've never missed a payment before this. My advice DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!
