The suit selected was ideal for my needs and he also selected a tie that could easily have been designed for me, no browsing required!

On this occasion one item I had ordered online was unavailable, I received a prompt resolution to this discussed over email with one of the customer service team. Refunded for the original item (which was processed promptly) and ordered a suitable alternative which was in stock and sent just as quickly as the rest of the original order. When I go to Manchester I always call at Slaters.When I visited there on Saturday I tried a pair of jeans on which I liked but the leg was too long,I asked the assistant if they had a shorter length he said no but they could shorten them for free.I said I didn’t live in Manchester and I was on a time limit the assistant asked the manager who said come back at 2:30 the jeans were ready as promised.This store always provides a 5star service and I will continue to go there whenever I’m in Manchester.
